TIP OF THE WEEK!
Requirements Vs. Ability
When looking at job descriptions and evaluating if your skill set is a match to the requirements of the job or not, don’t try to find a 100% match. If you are a 70-80% match to what the job requires and rest of it is not, don’t think that you are not a match. Your ability to perform should be the key factor in determining your potential match with the job rather than just your current skills.
